Strand Night Markets are back!
Strand Night Markets will be held on Friday 16 October due to the return of NAFA to Strand Park for 2020.
The health of our stallholders, volunteers and the public is important to us and Strand Night Markets is a COVID Safe event. To ensure the health of all those involved we have made some changes and look forward to having you join us in a safe and healthy environment.
Thank you to everyone who supports us so that we can support others. Without our stallholders, volunteers and the public we would not be able to do what we do. Townsville Rotary Markets are very grateful for your continued support.
What a wonderful community we live in.
Strand Night Markets are Back for 2020
Come and join us at the first Strand Night Market for 2020 Friday 7 February 5.30pm – 9.30pm.
Thank You Andrew
Good-bye, good luck and thank you for everything. Our Townsville Rotary Markets Operations Manager, Andrew, has handed over the reigns. He has worked tirelessly over the past 12 months and was responsible for the introduction and implementation of Sitetrak, the online booking system and the set up of our first every Mega Market (and what a success). Andrew has been a regular at the Willows Rotary Market, Strand Night Market and Rotary Mega Market and has been on the end of all our phone calls and emails.
We wish you all the best Andrew, don’t be a stranger and we hope to see you at the markets from time to time.
Join us at the last Strand Night Markets on Friday 6 December
Join us at the last Strand Night Markets on Friday 6 December. This will be our last Strand Night Markets for 2019 (we will be back again 7 Feb 2020) and it will have a very festive feel. It will be the perfect opportunity to do your Christmas shopping (nothing beats a hand made gift from one of our wonderful stallholders). There will be local arts and crafts, hand made preserves, biscuits, cakes and other baked goodies, along with our wonderful food vendors. Rotary Club of Townsville Day Break will be holding a Busking Competition for all the aspiring entertainers out there with cash prizes in three categories (under 10, 11 – 16 years and open). It is always a wonderful night at Townsville’s Strand Park for the Strand Night Markets.
We hope to see you there.

Stallholder of the Month – Marie Bye (B n B Barkery)
We have so many wonderful people who are a part of Willows Rotary Markets and today we would like to acknowledge Marie from B & B Barkery. Marie is a familiar face at Willows Rotary Markets and the Strand Night Markets. For the past five years B & B Barkery have been baking the best all natural human grade dog treats for the four legged members of our families. Congratulations Marie you are our Stallholder of the Month 🏆

Stallholder of the Month – Helen Daniels (Camp Cattle Fudge)
Willows Rotary Markets are about community and what a wonderful community we have. This month we want to give a shout out to Helen from Camp Cattle Fudge. Not only is her fudge to die for (her date and walnut loaf is not bad either) she is also a wonderful support to other stallholders and our Rotary volunteers. Without people like Helen our Rotary Markets would not be the success that they are. Thank you Helen, your hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed and it is appreciated.
