You can login to book your next market site by clicking "Stallholder Login" on the main menu.
Apply to be a stallholder by clicking on the "Stallholder Login" button on the main menu. This will take you through to our booking site where you can register as a new stallholder and book your preferred site and market.
Market Regulations & Safety
You can review a particular market's rules and regulations on each market page. A copy of the Safety Manual is available upon request to the Management Committee.
Office of Fair Trading documents regarding standards and bans:
Compulsory Public Liability Insurance
Stallholders are required to have their own Public Liability insurance valued at a minimum of $20 million and display a copy of the Certificate of Currency on their stall, or stallholders who do not have their own Public Liability insurance or do not display a copy of the Certificate of Currency are required to pay $5 for insurance for each attendance.
Regular stallholders who wish to take a break of up to 8 consecutive markets (Willows) and wish to keep their site should email the Operations Officer on firstname.lastname@example.org
Payment of Market fees
Payment for all of our markets is taken online using the "Sitetrak" system. Please login into your portal and book and pay for your site. If you have any questions or issues please contact us via email.
